We need your help...

Goal: $350,000

Through a mix of community support and traditional financing, we know this is an ambitious goal. This includes the purchase price of the business, inventory and furnishings, as well as capital for a smooth transition. We want to ensure we don't skip a beat offering the Winona community the same Blue Heron experience they've always loved.

Great Food, great place

We plan to be stewards of the Blue Heron legacy in every sense. You will continue to see the familiar, from-scratch menu offerings featuring fresh, local ingredients. You'll taste the organic, sustainable coffee and hand-crafted beverages. We also look forward to continuing the Heron's well-known support of the arts through rotating artist shows and community collaborations. These are values we share and look forward to keeping in the community,

Carrie, especially, is looking forward to being behind a coffee bar again. She dreams about the best tasting coffee and truly good lattes. We can't wait to make your next cup. We're looking forward to getting acquainted with the regulars, welcoming new faces, learning your favorites and sharing ours.
